Incorrect path to find Conversational Interfaces entries Issue Problem In order to navigate to review Virtual Agent configurations, instances are pointing to Collaboration instead of Conversational Interfaces in the Navigation Filter. When searching for Conversational Interfaces, Virtual Agent (topics, etc.) is not found, but searching for Collaboration allows selection of Virtual Agent.

Steps to reproduce

1. On the filter navigator, search for Conversational Interfaces 2. Not able to find designer, categories and so on 3. But if search by Collaboration 4. Able to find designer, categories and so on

Resolution Steps to Resolve Revert the Conversational Interfaces application record to the out-of-the-box version
