After assigning snc_external role, with automatic assignment of snc_internal role upon removal Issue Problem A user assigned the snc_external role but was unable to access the portal. When the snc_external role was removed, the snc_internal role was automatically assigned. Why this is happening?

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to sys_user.list

2. Query and open the user with issues

3. Saw user only has snc_external role

4. Remove the snc_external role and observe snc_internal role is assigned automatically
