Verify that the intended notification includes the required script in the Message field under the What it will contain tab. ${mail_script:include_survey_actionable} 4. Check whether the intended notification is configured on the survey instance(asmt_assessment_instance) table. If it is not, the OAM engine may not be able to access or process the newly created survey instance. To resolve this, reconfigure the entire notification by setting the target table to the Survey Instance (asmt_assessment_instance) table so that the OAM engine can correctly access and populate the required survey data from the record.
