Follow the instructions below if either of these occurs:

Update Set preparation fails after clicking "Apply Default Configurations" (post product applications and plugins installation), OR After presets have been applied, clicking "Go to Configurations" does not allow you to proceed.

Steps:

Switch to Global Scope Go to the Application Picker (top-right corner). (Reference the links mentioned for details) Set the application to Global Create Batch Update Set Open the Update Set Picker Create a new update set: Name: IA_UpdateSet_CBS_global_batch Click Submit and Make Current Switch to Core Business Suite Scope In the Application Picker, set the application to Core Business Suite. Create Child Update Set Retry Preset Trigger Create Child Update Set In the Update Set Picker, create a child update set: Name: IA_UpdateSet_CBS_child_sn_cbs Parent: IA_UpdateSet_CBS_global_batch Click Submit and Make Current. Retry Preset Trigger Click "Retry" in the install experience.
