In this version, weighted averages and scorecard thresholds that specify health state ranges have been removed. By default, weights are not used for KPI calculations unless you have switched to the legacy calculation method. How the Completeness KPI is calculated The Completeness KPI success percentage is calculated by comparing the total number of unique CIs that have both the Required and Recommended fields populated against the total number of unique CIs evaluated for the Required and Recommended metrics. Why a KPI score displays 100% with failed records A KPI score may display 100% even when a metric has failed records because the percentage is rounded to the nearest 1%. A substantial number of CIs must fail a metric before the score rounds down. For example, approximately 600 CIs out of one million total records would need to fail for the score to reach 99.4%, which rounds to 99%.
