For the Linux Server [cmdb_ci_linux_server], we only populate the following fields:- name- hostname- os- kernel_release- ram- ip_address- Key Value [cmdb_key_value]- key- value As there is no Serial Number, Manufacturer, or Model ID available here, the data is not retrieved by the OOB discovery. Based on the API details provided by OpenShift, customer will need to work with their internal development team to implement the required pattern customization in order to retrieve and populate these attributes. Incorporating this API call into the pattern is considered a customization, and any such customizations fall outside the scope of our Technical Support services.
