This occurred due to the portal using the 'NowAssist in VA' search application and profile, which requires the search sources to be explicitly added to the 'NowAssist in Virtual Agent' search profile for visibility.Note: Though customer created the search profile they need to again create and link the new search source in Now assist agent for that indexed source.
