Resolution: - It is working as expected. - When you search for any KB for example in VA and click on the response link it will open the KB in new tab of the portal where VA is already open. However if you close the VA in the new tab click on the link again now the freshly loaded tab will not have the VA open as the VA is closed already by default. - You can verify that by re-loading the initial page where the VA is opened in the start and you can see that the VA will be minimized on load because it is minimized in the other tab. - Attaching the screen recording of the same.
