Changes to these OOB Contract Models, especially change in the sys ids, can affect the records displayed in these tabs within the Contract management view. Any references that rely on the earlier hard-coded sys_ids would then break. Customer can either import the OOB record for the sys id d781e836c3102000b959fd251eba8f89 from another instance or request ServiceNow to provide the export XML for the OOB record from the cmdb_contract_product_model. Note: The issue can happen with the other Contract Models like Services, Subscriptions..etc, but the referenced sys ids can be different and have to be OOB.
