Windows on ARM64 architecture is not supported for ACC. None of these are supported for ACC: Windows MobileWindows PhoneWindows RT, a deprecated ARM32 version of Windows 8/8.1Windows 10 on ARM, Windows 10 compiled for ARM64 devicesWindows 11 on ARM, Windows 11 compiled for ARM64 devicesWindows Server on ARM, Windows Server compiled for ARM64 devices The x64 installer might appear to sort-of work in emulation mode, but none of the checks that then run are designed for ARM architecture hosts, and many error or populate the host CI with erroneous data, so please don't try that, or open support cases for that.
