The alm_transfer_order and alm_transfer_order_line access control lists (ACLs) require read access for all three of the following roles: inventory_user, asset, and procurement. If any of these roles are missing, the flow cannot read the required records and skips all stages. Log in to your ServiceNow instance as a user with the admin role.In the navigation filter, enter Access Control (ACL) and select it from the application navigator.Search for the ACL record associated with the alm_transfer_order table.Open the record and verify that inventory_user, asset, and procurement are listed under Roles.If any of the three roles are missing, add them and save the record.Repeat steps 3–5 for the alm_transfer_order_line table.After updating both ACL records, create a new transfer order line item and confirm that the transfer order line tasks are generated correctly. Note: You need the admin role or security_admin role to modify ACL records. If you do not have the required access, contact your system administrator.
