Inside that Credential record, selecting Get OAuth Token opens a Microsoft login window where you enter a Microsoft user’s credentials. The key point is that the same Microsoft user account used during the OAuth token login must also be used for the Mailbox Credential.This ensures that the spoke authenticates with the correct user identity and can perform the required mailbox actions.
