On sub-production instances the latest version of Software Asset Management [sn_itam_samp] can be upgraded. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login to your instance 2. Navigate to Application Manager 3. Search for sn_itam_samp 4. Open the Store Application page for Software Asset Management [sn_itam_samp] 5. Verify that Software Asset Management [sn_itam_samp] is on an earlier version and that there is no option to upgrade to the latest compatible release ** The latest release of sn_itam_samp and compatible versions can be verified in the ServiceNow Store https://store.servicenow.com/store/app/d4d92f621b246a50a85b16db234bcb25 Facts: Software Asset Management [sn_itam_samp] is a free app but still has to be 'Purchased' by selecting the Get button on it's application page in the ServiceNow Store to get the entitlement and option to upgrade it. https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/help?article=KB0030091 Cause: The Get button has not been selected on the Software Asset Management [sn_itam_samp] application page in the ServiceNow Store. Click the Get button and follow any further prompts to get the entitlement ** If the option to upgrade still isn't showing on your production instance after this then try click the Sync now button from the home page of Application Manager and try again.
