If it affects all existing connected contentThe alphabetical_order field for m2m_connected_content records is empty due to the 'Populate Taxonomy Content Order' scheduled job being inactive. If it only affects newly added connected contentThis is expected as the job runs at 00:00:00 daily and only then would the alphabetical_order field be populated.
