Consider creating a Table Cleaner policy to automatically delete older or unwanted records.3. Create CMDB Data Manager policies in CMDB Workspace to manage records.4. Follow safe deletion procedures.5. For audit trail requirements, retain records but note that automatic deletion for Application Pattern-created records is not supported in the current product design.
