This is a new feature introduced in recent releases. It was confirmed that in older plugin versions (e.g., 2.3.0 in Washington), the Edit button was not available. Customize the HR Agent Workspace by creating a new variant in the UI Builder for the checklist component. 2. Navigate to the 'data and display' section and locate the 'allow editing' field under the controller. 3. Change the value for 'allow editing' to 'off' as a static value instead of allowing the controller to decide. 4. This should prevent the Edit button from appearing, regardless of the user role.
