[Page overlay]Employee centre, both the icons (Open analytics window & performance details) are overlapped Description When Performance Analyzer is turned ON, the icon overlaps EC Performance Indicator.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add portal suffix in value for system property - sp_allow_perf_debug_option_for_portals

2. Go to esc, at the bottom left corner both performance analyzer and performance indicator icons overlap
