The ACLs associated with the recipient fields evaluate the sys_created_by value of the Scheduled Report record. As a result, only the user who originally created the Scheduled Report can modify the following fields: Users (sysauto_report.user_list)Groups (sysauto_report.group_list)Email Addresses (sysauto_report.address_list) The restriction is not determined by the Run as field. A common source of confusion is that when a Scheduled Report is initially created from the report view, the Run as value is typically populated with the same user as sys_created_by. However, if the Run as value is later changed, edit access to these fields continues to be governed by sys_created_by.
