To check all roles required to access an intended table in the ServiceNow instance, an administrator can verify this in the " sys_db_object" table. Enter the table name in the Name field of the sys_db_object table to locate the required record. Scroll to the bottom of the record to review all roles needed to perform each of the CRUD operations on that table. Also, review the Decision Type column to confirm whether the ACL is an Allow-If rule or a Deny-Unless rule.
