height: ; } } Instance administrator needs to doublecheck sys_user_preference table and make sure there is a record with the affected user with name field 'user.language' and value of a valid language That means the instance admin can either (1 or 2): 1) Create the record or modify a sys_user_preference record with name field 'user.language' and specific language expected for the email notification 2) Impersonate the affected user and change the language to another language in the preferences form and move it back to the right language If the issue persists, instance administrator can go to the sys_email record and click on the notification link so you can double check the exact sysevent_email_action notification record that has triggered the email and make sure there is a static translation for the notification in the language that used to be specified in "glid.sys.language" property and that had been changed. Otherwise, it is required to create a new or edit an existent sys_translated_notification record for the specific user and language. All sys_translated_notification records in the same system language than glide.sys.language will be ignored as the system assumes there is no need of translation.
