I refreshed my Salesforce Org linked to a Logik environment...what do I need to do to get Logik working again? If you refresh your Salesforce Org, We will need to reconnect the Logik environment to your new SFDC Org in our database. To do so, the following steps must be taken: Submit a Support Case through the support site or by emailing support@logik.io Provide the new Org Id. and My Domain Url Provide the custom URL of the Logik environment. Sample: https://..logik.io/ If no Logik User exists on the org, create a user with provisioning@logik.io. If a Logik User does exist, please send a password reset request through for the user. Logik will confirm when the migration of the Logik environment to the new org is complete. Note: If you are unable to give a Logik User access to the org, and Logik has confirmed the migration is complete in our database, follow the below steps: Navigate to the Logik Tenant: Setup>Custom Settings> Click Manage next to the Logik Tenant Edit or confirm that the Administration URL is set to the custom URL of your Logik environment: https://..logik.io Navigate to Installed Packages>Find Salesforce CPQ>Click Configure>Additional Settings then update the Salesforce CPQ External Configurator URL to your Logik url followed by /ui/configure: https://..logik.io/ui/configure
