Refreshing A Logik Connected Salesforce Org<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: #000000; } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: #000000; } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: black; } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: black; } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: black; } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: #00718F; } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: #024F69; } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: #032D42; } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: #7057C7; } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: block; max-width: ; width: auto; height: auto; } } When a Logik.io Connected Salesforce Org is refreshed, the database sync between Logik and Salesforce will be temporarily broken. This is because a refresh automatically changes many pieces of the Salesforce Org, examples being, but are not limited to: Salesforce Org ID Product IDs Usernames These ID changes are used for many integration points between the two systems, such as the Refresh Token User, Runtime APIs that depend on a User ID, the Product, Pricebook, and Pricebook Entry Sync, and the User Access set up for the Logik.io Admin. To complete the Logik side of the refresh, follow these steps: Create a Support case and provide the following information: The current Logik Environment URL The date the refresh will be performed What you'd like to do with the Connected Logik Environment's existing data: Retain it's data (a repoint) Start from scratch (decommission and create a new environment) The New SFDC Org ID (if unknown at the time, simply give TBD) The SFDC My Domain URL (if changed) The SFDC Usernames for users that will need Logik Admin Access Whether you wish to change the Logik Environment Host Name, and if so, what it should be The provisioning username with the email address of provisioning@logik.io and system administrator privileges. Once the environment is refreshed, you will need to: Send the New SFDC Org ID Change the Logik Tenant custom settings to the connected Logik URL SFDC > Setup > Custom Settings > Manage "Logik Tenant" > Edit > Change the "Runtime Configuration URL" and "Administration URL" If using Salesforce CPQ, change the External Configurator URL SFDC > Setup > Installed Packages > Configure "Salesforce CPQ" > Additional Settings > Change the "External Configurator URL" to the new site with "/ui/configure" appended to the end Submit a new Refresh Token Username with system administrator permissions Logik Admin > Settings > Delete/Reset "Refresh Token Username" If using any Runtime APIs in SFDC, create new Runtime Clients Logik Admin > Runtime Clients > Create new Clients
