When a record is restored using the “Restore record and related record” action multiple times, it should automatically be re-archived after the configured time period, as long as it still matches the archive rule criteria. During the second attempt to re-archive the same record, the corresponding sys_archive_reparent_run entry remains stuck in a “waiting” state indefinitely.
