The Approve button does not appear under More Actions on a time card when the time sheet has not yet been submitted. Once a task is added to a time sheet and hours are logged, the More Actions menu shows Form view only until the time sheet is submitted. Resolution To make the Approve option visible under More Actions: 1. Ask the employee to click Submit on their time sheet. 2. Once the time sheet is submitted, the Approve button appears in two places: - As a UI action at the top of the time sheet form. - Under More Actions for each individual time card entry. Note: If a new task is added to a time sheet after initial submission, the employee must submit the time sheet again for the Approve button to reappear under More Actions.
