HRSD HR Agent Workspace - Missing Sentiment Analysis Fields / RCA errors from Platform AI Agents and SkillsDescriptionAn RCA error appears within HR Agent Workspace on an HR Case if that Case belongs to one of the following COEs(HR Benefits Case, HR Compensation Case, HR Corporate Communications Case, and HR Global Mobility Case). The RCA is requesting access to the HR Case COEs on behalf of Platform AI Agents and Skills, specifically from the source of the Script Include called SentimentAnalysisProcessor.In addition, the HR Case form on HR Agent Workspace is missing the Sentiment and Sentiment Trend fields.Steps to Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to the COE Configuration module (See image). You may see that some of the COE toggles are grayed out. If they are grayed out, that means that your instance is missing HR Services/topics details/topic categories for these COEs. You can go ahead and manually create these missing records and assign them to these corresponding grayed-out COEs. OOTB there are 4 grayed out(HR Benefits Case, HR Compensation Case, HR Corporate Communications Case, and HR Global Mobility Case)2. Go to the HR Agent Workspace and create a case based on one of these COEs (e.g. a Compensation HR Case)3. On the newly created HR Case page, click through the tabs to trigger the RCA error at the top of the page. If the error doesn't show, reload the page, it should after reloading. I find that the error usually stays on the HR Tasks tab, even though it usually appears after the first click of any tab.4. On one of these COE HR Cases, go to the detail tab. Observe that the Sentiment and Sentiment trend fields are missingWorkaroundOn the affected instance, go to the sys_restricted_caller_access list. Filter by the Source Application = Platform AI Agents & Skills and where the Source is the TaskSummarize script include. If there are any RCA records that are invalidated here, update them to the 'Allowed' state.Related Problem: PRB1955226
