Option 2: Bypass the SKU check using a system property If SKU entitlement cannot be confirmed immediately, the SKU check can be bypassed using the following system property: Go to the System Properties [sys_properties] table.Search for sn_nowassist_admin.ignoreFulfillerSubscriptionCheck.If the property exists, open the record and set the Value field to true.Save the record.Verify that the Now Assist Usage and Adoption dashboard is now accessible. Note: Option 2 is a temporary workaround. Verify the Now Assist Fulfiller SKU entitlement with your account team to implement a permanent resolution.
