This occurs when we try to populate multiple fields in the email client template To/CC fields. In the classic email client, the To/CC list is populated with the assigned-to users of related CTASKs. However, in the Seismic Email Client, the CC field remains empty. This behaviour is the same for all tables email client templates. Please find the details below:PRB1942294 — This will be fixed in the Australia release.After this fix, ServiceNow will support only one element for auto-populating fields in the Email Client Template — either using a single field name (e.g., assigned_to, opened_by) or a script that will help to populate one or multiple fields, but not both simultaneously.Hence, it is recommended to use only one approach for field auto-population to ensure compatibility with future releases.
