Instead, the Expand config on the Accordion Item 1 component must be updated.Open UI Builder and navigate to the HR Agent Workspace experience → open the Case SRP page variant you are modifying.In the component tree, locate the timeline area — confirm it is nested under Warning Messages & Accordion Container.Instead of modifying the Ribbon component's "Collapse ribbon" property, open Accordion Item 1 within the Accordion Container.Set the Expand property to false — this ensures the accordion item (case timeline) is collapsed by default when the case opens.Also check the Accordion component's Hide component option — if there is an unwanted default-open behavior from a different component, use Hide component on the accordion to suppress it.Save the page variant, clear the UI Builder Cache (Settings > Clear Cache), and also clear your browser cache.Open a test ER case in HR Agent Workspace and confirm the timeline ribbon is collapsed by default.
