When impersonating any user, the 'My Favorites' page shows the message 'You haven't favorited anything yet', even though the user has 3 favorite items listed in the favorite records. However, sc_req_item does not belong to this hierarchy. It extends the Task table instead. According to the platform logic, each Favorite Content type should include records belonging to the same table hierarchy. For example, sc_cat_item or any table extending from it can be tagged under the Requests category. Similarly, kb_knowledge (article) or any table extending it can be tagged under the Articles category. In the customer instance, sc_req_item does not fall under the Request hierarchy and is instead part of the Task hierarchy. Because of this mismatch, the favorites are not displayed. 2.Please deactivate sc_req_item under the Favorite Content configuration. Once it is removed, the favorites for Requests will start appearing correctly.
