'Summarize' skill button should be displayed in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) for incident records. For the OOB Incident Record we can see the Summarize Skill button but we are not able to see it for the custom incident record variant. We need to request the user to use ITSM AI Summary card wrapper component to the customer's custom record.
