Changing the Next Experience default themeIssue This article explains how to change the default theme in Next Experience using Theme Builder. It applies to instances on Zurich and later releases. Release Zurich and later Resolution 1. Login as an admin or ui_builder_admin user and navigate to the following URL in a browser, replacing <instance-name> with the instance name: https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/now/theme-builder/manager 2. Click "Mark as default" on the theme you want to set as default.
