Broken image links for agents in HR Agent workspace appears on workspaceIssue When a user with the HR basic role pastes a screen shot in the comments or work notes in the HR agent workspace, the agent cannot view the screenshot in the activity stream. The activity stream shows a broken link. Steps to reproduce 1- Impersonate user2- Take a screen shot with any screen shot tool3- Open any HR case in the HR agent workspace4- Post the screen shot in the work notes or comments and post it5- Validate if you can see the image on the activity stream6- It will show you broken linkReleaseAll releasesCauseMissing ACL to allow user to see the attachment record. When attachment is created, the record is on the sys_attachment. but, if the user goes to the sys_attachment table, user is not able to see the attachmentResolutionTo solve this just create an access control (ACL) to allow the user to read the attachment record
