However, when clicking on a role name to open it, a security restriction message appears. After assigning the sn_hr_ef.manager role to the user, they were able to read the sys_user_role records, and everything functioned as expected. The difference in behavior between Workspace and Native UI is due to the way content loads in each interface. Although the user can view role names differently in both views, without the required role, they are unable to access the user role details.
