I will get a flash of the correct results and then the drop down selection is not filtering by user name. Expected behaviour: when you have a match with start of the username, I definitely understand that they are in the list but they should be showing at the top of the list (which is what we see for a split second). We were able to reproduce the issue intermittently in an out-of-the-box instance. The product team has identified this as a defect, and PRB1956959 has been raised to address it. The PRB is currently under investigation.
