As part of the fix implemented for PRB1882765, a validation check was added before publishing. The system now verifies whether a record with latest = true exists for the base version in the table. A new version will only be published if such a record is found. For example:In the current instance, record ‘X’ has version 1.01. The system checks whether version 1 has latest = true. In this case, version 1 does not exist in the instance. Because there is no record with latest = true for that content, the publishing process fails. If you recreate the record from scratch, it should publish successfully without any issues. Note: 1). If the records exist elsewhere, importing them from the sn_cd_content_change_history table may resolve the issue. 2). If the required version records are not present in any other instance, recreating the content is the only available option.
