The system now verifies whether a record with latest = true exists for the base version in the table. A new version will only be published if such a record is found. For example:In the current instance, record ‘X’ has version 1.01. The system checks whether version 1 has latest = true. In this case, version 1 does not exist in the instance. Because there is no record with latest = true for that content, the publishing process fails. If you recreate the record from scratch, it should publish successfully without any issues.
