Form layout on the Workspace and platform for Workspace UIB view is broken. Issue Form layout on the Workspace and platform for Workspace UIB view is broken for Global Mobility case records.

Steps to Reproduce

Connect to the instance Navigate to HR Agent Workspace Open any Global Mobility case Saw Work notes Comments are on top left when should be in middle with email client The same is displayed on UI16 checking the record directly

Release All releases

Cause Form does not have sections for table sn_hr_core_case_global_mobility on workspace_uib view. Most probably reason records were rebuilt but the detailed information were missing to be populated.

Resolution As records were removed, you can recreated the sections from another sub-prod where the definition is correct, thus

On the sub-prod without issues:

Go to System UI > Views Search by title: Workspace UIB Click on the form section and query by table = sn_hr_core_case_global_mobility You will have two records Open the first record Export the definition to XML On the same record you see "Section elements" and "Form sections" - Open "Section elements" in a new window => Export the definition to XML - Open "Form sections" in a new window => Export the definition to XML Do the same for the other record you have on step #4 Export those 6 XML files into the instance with issues
