The recommended approach is to temporarily clear the managed_by_group field on the cmdb_class_info record for the affected class, and then re-populate it. This will trigger the business rule to re-sync the managed_by_group field across all CIs of that class. This is a one-time measure to backfill missing values on older CIs that were not picked up by the scheduled sync. The scheduled job will continue to handle all new and recently updated CIs as intended, and no ongoing manual intervention should be required moving forward.
