Sample scenarios: - if the expected start time for selected task is 2025.10.2 09:00:00, then application will get the last task assigned to this agent within 2025.10.2 and before 9am, this task's location will be the agent location. However, if the selected task doesn't have an expected start time or it's expected start time is in the past, then it will use current time as its expected start time. -if a WOT doesn't have an expected start time populated, then the application will get the last task starts before current time, and the agents who have that same travel distance all have tasks who starts before current time that are in the same location, thus for those agents, the travel distance calculations produces the same value.
