Change the request Status from Requested (or Invalidated) to Approved for the specific operation and save the record. 5. Re-test the cloned or modified widget. If further errors appear, repeat the identification and approval process for additional Restricted Caller Access records created by dependent scripts or resources. 6. When promoting changes between instances, include the approved Application Restricted Caller Access Privilege records in your change/control process so approvals persist. Note that updates to referenced objects may invalidate approvals and require re-approval. 7. As a development best practice, minimize cross-scope dependencies where reasonable, and document required cross-scope approvals in release notes or deployment runbooks.
