All standard change templates are displayed on the change creation page in SOW as part of the out-of-box implementation. If category-based filtering of standard change templates is required, the getChangeCards function in the relevant Script Include can be customized to apply category filtering logic: Navigate to System Definition > Script Includes.Search for the Script Include containing the getChangeCards function within the Change Management application scope.Customize the getChangeCards function to filter templates based on the desired category criteria.Save and test by navigating to Service Operations Workspace and creating a new Change Request to verify templates are filtered as expected. Note: Modifications to out-of-box Script Includes are customizations and should be tested in a non-production environment before applying to production.
