Due to duplicate name values, incorrect selections occur, making it easy to send something to the wrong person. Due to the repetitive nature of names, customers often create and use the display name custom field. It worked everywhere else but not in Platform Analytics. Even though the Display name is available, it iterates through First name and Last name & we can not edit that. This will be taken as a product enhancement story.An ETA cannot be estimated at this time, but as we see more customers subscribe to this PRB and report this issue.
