If you are interested in viewing service scores, it is recommend to use the Class View for the Services class rather than the Service View itself. This approach allows for better performance management and a more streamlined process when dealing with extensive data sets. This change was introduced in the Washington Release of ServiceNow via PRB1662657. You can change the limit from 1 to 1000 services through the glide.cmdb.services_query_limit property but not higher.
