Impersonate as Maria Davies and open the URL - https://<Instance_name>.service-now.com/ecdemo?id=jny_journey_details&sys_id=496e67582b882e90fbb8f1545e91bf4a3. You'll receive an error(as in the attached screenshot), and profile pictures will be blank.4.
