Attached Screenshot. Since all of your MID Servers are configured with the "ALL" application group, and "Discovery" was excluded from it, none of the MID Servers were eligible to run Discovery jobs. Review the following record in the table "ecc_agent_application" This is why Discovery operations failed with the error: ERROR: Unable to find any validated MID Server based on status (degraded),and application: Discovery. We corrected this by updating the "Discovery" application to be included in "ALL". After this change, Discovery was able to proceed successfully.
