Navigate to System Applications > Application Cross-Scope Access. Click New, then add the following information: Source Scope: IPKI Certificate Generator (selected by default as we are already in the related app scope) Target Scope: Global Target Name: KMFInstancePKISigner Target Type: Script Include Operation: Execute API Status: Allowed Click Submit. Sort by Created to see the file you just created in Application Cross-Scope Access. Switch back to Application Scope: Global. Navigate to Instance PKI Certificate Generator and try to generate a certificate. This should create a new request in Restricted Caller Access. Navigate to sys_restricted_caller_access.LIST. Filter by Created on = Today and Status = Requested. Click on the record with Target = Script Include: KMFInstancePKISigner, then change Status to Allowed.
