Select User Role Popup Appears When 'Mobile Callable' Field Is Missing in Script Include Form Description When the mobile callable field is removed from script include form via form layout, the select user role popup appears even though the field is false.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any Xanadu instance.

2. Open the Script Include form — the 'Mobile Callable' field is visible and unchecked.

3. Add a name and save the form — no 'Select User Role' popup appears.

4. Remove the 'Mobile Callable' field from the form.

5. Create a new Script Include and save — now the 'Select User Role' popup appears

Workaround Adding a "Mobile Callable'' field on the form resolves the issue where popup doesn't appear.
