Ensure that there is an indexed source created for Sharepoint online. Navigate to All > AI Search > AI Search Index > Indexed Sources, and search for Sharepoint online under 'ais_datasource_list'. 2. Navigate to All > AI Search > Search Sources (ais_search_source), and create a new search source. Click New - > choose Type = External content - > under Indexed Source, select your SharePoint indexed source, save it, and map it to the indexed source -- "Sharepoint online". 3. Now you will have to link the Search Source to the portal's Search Profile (ais_search_profile). You can find which profile your portal uses by opening the portal record and checking its AI Search Profile field. Go to Portals list, open the portal, and find the AI search profile used. 4. Navigate to All > AI Search > Search Profiles, and open the search profile used in the required portal, and link the Sharepoint search source to the search profile created as per above steps. Now, you can go to the portal search, and when you search with a keyword, it renders results from the Sharepoint site/s based on the index data generated as part of the crawl job.
