This behavior is managed by: Scheduled job: SAM - Remove installs and Oracle options for retired serversBusiness rule: Remove Installs For Retired/Stolen CI If installations associated with a Retired CI still exist in the cmdb_sam_sw_install table, please remove them. If the installations are associated with an “In Stock” CI, they will remain in the system as long as both the CI and the installations are actively being discovered. Please manage these installations according to your business requirements.
