When the contract is renewed, the information on the existing contract is lost? When contract is renewed, the existing contract is never lost. So, the information should still exist.

2. When does the substate of the contract record moves to Discontinued state? We do not use the substate Discontinued. We use canceled as it aligns with the Common Service Data model. We would not recommend adding new states or substates when similar ones exist.

3. Is it possible to provide full amount when contract is renewed or extended instead of adjustment amount/percentage? We do not update or change the financial details of the original contract. When the contract is renewed a new contract should be made with any updates from the existing contract.
