Customised "assigned_to" dictionary record will cause this issue as the below attribute will not get added. readonly_clickthrough=true,ref_contributions=aw_recommendation After adding the above attribute manually, the workbench assignment icon is visible. Assignment Workbench is currently not supported in ServiceNow Workspaces or CSM Workspace by default. Instead, ServiceNow recommends using Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) for automated work distribution in workspaces. Assignment Workbench remains available in the classic platform UI, but not within the modern workspace environments. Users seeking similar functionality in workspaces must rely on AWA or customized solutions, as out-of-the-box support for Assignment Workbench is not provided in these UIs.
